The Institute for Behavioral Economics
Welcome! The Institute for Behavioral Economics (IBE) is an international research and outreach institution that connects organizations (for-profit, nonprofit, gov’t) interested in using economic science to address their most compelling business questions, and economists interested in generating and publishing new scientific insights while scientifically testing new ideas and solutions to organizations’ challenges. The Institute for Behavioral Economics is headquartered at Copenhagen Business School, and The University of Chicago.
Organizations and Economists working together:
- Organizations receive expertise from economists, harnessing the power of scientific experiments to discover what works and why in their activities.
- Economists conduct field experiments, and publish novel results on academic journals.
